11:00 - 12:30Blindaid Westminster have asked us to help Mr N, whose double bed needs to be reassembled. Mr N currently sleeps on another bed which is due to be collected by Medequip. The mattress on this bed is too short and is made of plastic and Mr N endures nightly discomfort as a result. His previous bed was taken apart a few years ago when Mr N came out of hospital. Instructions and tools for assembling the new bed will be provided.
