Join Abbey People to do some spring garden maintenance and sow wildflower and grass seeds for the Barnwell Verge: Seeds of Hope project 🌿

The Barnwell Verge: Seeds of Hope project is a community-driven response to environmental degradation and public safety along Barnwell Road in Cambridge. Sparked by a local young person’s idea, the initiative is transforming a compacted grass verge into a thriving, biodiverse green corridor.

📌 The session is at the junction of Barnwell Road and Rayson Way.

Abbey People's Sustainability Team will be running the session and explain any risks associated with the tasks. Gloves, equipment and refreshments will be provided.
