These four sessions will aim to help you work on your form and give you training ideas to take away.

We'll be going back to basics, looking at how we run and how we could do it more efficiently. Discovering ways to build a stronger core and cement in good muscle memory which will help improve your strength, speed and avoiding injuries.

Session will take place on Primrose Hill and Regents Park - Meeting at Camden town tube station 7pm.

There won't be changing or locker facilitates but there are toilets at Primrose Hill.



What to look out for

Age Restriction

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
