Our ongoing goal and vision is to be the heart of the community – being open to all, providing a welcoming and inclusive place for the local community. Supporting and improving people's wellbeing is our main priority.

This will be our first visit supporting South Mitcham Community Association, a small charity working to make a meaningful and significant impact in the community. We'll be starting with their garden including clearing a large bed of weeds in preparation for some planting. We will be outside with plenty of opportunity to keep moving as there is lots to do.

It will be dark so bring a torch/head torch along with gardening gloves (if you have them) and come prepared for the weather (wearing layers is recommended).

The centre will be open as normal, so on arrival please advise you are with GoodGym and ask for Izabel who should be on location to brief us on the jobs to be done.

We will meet outside South Wimbledon tube station for a 2-3km run there and return run back after the task. If you prefer to make your own way there, we will arrive for 7pm at the task at Cobham Court, Haslemere Ave, CR4 3PR.

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Options are available to run between 4km and 6km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
