Regular clean of the Arc Centre community centre, combined with fun social bodyweight workout circuits!

The Arc Centre has asked Goodgym Islington to visit their lovely community centre every few months to help with some cleaning and tidying jobs. A fun indoor task on the weekend!
In return, we have access to their main hallway for the evening, and Trainer Simon has a series of fun social strength and conditioning workouts to introduce before we get to work!
All abilities, fun exercises with friends, whilst doing good!

We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk.
