Ms R cares for her elderly mother who also lives at the property. Having the garden cleared will make it safe for her mother to access the garden, now the weather is warming up. It is currently slippery due to the moss and overgrown-ness so her mother cannot use it safely.

URGENT Food shop for Mr P
Mr P is in stage 5 kidney failure and has dialysis 3 times a week. He is also a wheelchair user but finds it really difficult as he doesn't have the strength to self propel in his area as there are too many hills. He struggles to use public transport without someone to help him board the vehicle. Having someone to do some shopping would really help because he does not have the strength to do this himself.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
Running with GoodGym is great because I get fit, do good and get to hang with a load of awesome people.
