About the task

Join us for our monthly mission with Bassuah Legacy Foundation — a brilliant local charity supporting single families in need through their community shop. 💚

We’ll be helping out with cleaning, hanging and sorting donations, keeping the shop looking great and ready to raise vital funds for Bassuah’s projects that uplift and empower people locally✨

We’ll meet at Shepherd’s Bush main train station for a group warm-up and run to the shop (you can also walk or cycle if you prefer). After the task, we’ll head back together for a quick cool-down and some well-earned high fives. 🙌

📅 When: Every 2nd Wednesday of the month, 6:00–7:30pm

📍 Meet at: Shepherd’s Bush main train station

No experience needed — just bring comfy clothes, positive energy, and a smile! Let’s lend a hand, stay active, and support Bassuah’s amazing mission — one donation at a time. 🧺🌟

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Cheski Kennedy (she/her) by email at francesca@goodgym.org.

Options are available to run between 1km and 5km in total.

Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.

GoodGym is a community of people that get fit by doing good. We run, walk and cycle to do practical tasks for community organisations and isolated older people.
