About the task

Hanwell Carnival is back in 2026 after a year's break to re-group and raise vital funds to secure the future of this much-loved event. The big day is Saturday 20 June 2026, with Carnival running from 12 noon to 6 pm in Elthorne Park. The GoodGymers have been asked to help with the setup on the day before.
What's The Task?
๐ช Erecting tents
๐ฉ Marking stall pitches
๐ณ General preparation of the park
No gazebo-ing experience is needed. Someone knowledgeable will walk us through the steps.
๐ What to bring?
- ๐งค Gardening/work gloves, if you have them
- ๐งด Sun cream for protection
- โ ...or waterproofs, depending on the weather
