About this session

Come and join Area Activator and UK Coach in Running Fitness (CiRF) Simon for a fun mixed pace training session

Our plan is to meet up outside the legendary Poplar Union E14 at 7.50am, before enjoying an easy jog and dynamic warm up in Bartlett Park by 8am.

Our session is as follows:

Circles and Shuttles!

7 mins moderate / steady pace running around the perimeter of Bartlett Park

Approx 200m every lap at 80-90% effort stride (we will demonstrate beforehand!)

90 sec walk recovery

X 3 reps in total


Afterwards, we will make a trip back to Poplar Union E14 for refreshments and delicious cakes!
