Sign up to join the Lambeth Community on the legendary Tuesday Group Run 😊
This lovely little community garden who educate locals on growing veg and provide a space to do it would like a bunch of us to give them a hand at their regular gardening sessions. Jobs include:
🍂Sifting through and turning compost
🌳Cutting back bushes and tidying around the pond
🌱Weeding in the fruit cage
They often have leftover veg to take home... 😏
Please bring gardening gloves if you have them otherwise they will be provided! 🧤

Ruskin Park Community Garden encourages inner city gardening to reduce the carbon output involved in food production and transport. At their weekly dig days, people can learn how to grow veg by doing. Their ethos is sustainability – reduce, reuse recycle – and inclusiveness – we want garden users to reflect the diversity of the neighbourhood. Harvested food is shared among the gardeners at each dig.

This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Yianny (he / him) by email at yianny@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 2km and 4km in total.
Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.
