About this session

RED January is a community charity initiative that warmly invites and welcomes people of all ages, backgrounds and physical abilities to set a realistic movement goal for the month of January.

Sign up to RED January and set a daily movement goal that works for you and your lifestyle. It can be something simple such as regular breaks with some gentle stretches, a yoga session, a walk/run/cycle/swim, anything. Maybe try something new. Or how about a distance target that will contribute to the Goodgym January challenge😁 ?

More details can be found here: https://join.redjanuary.com/

Feel free to share your goal in the comments and we can try to motivate each other along the way. At the end of the month feel free to submit a few words and/or a photo for inclusion in the report.
