About this session

Fancy s bank holiday lunchtime run to Doddington community garden to help shift a massive pile of mulch? The mulch was dropped off at the wrong spot and is blocking both the bins and creating a hazard, so this will be an impactful task-and a great workout too! We have already done a big effort with this, so it’s just the last bit to do- why not come and help finish it off and be part of the glory leg!

We will be doing asocial run down to site, but feel free to meet us there at 12:30. There is a back marker so nobody is ever left behind. We will be going for a social coffee afterwards for anybody that’s keen!

What to look out for

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Anastasia Hancock (she/her) by email at ana@goodgym.org.

The total distance of this group run is 4km.

Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
