Getting there

For this session we're going to meet at the task, so you'll need to make your own way there. We encourage you to walk, run, or cycle to do so!

    About this session

This is a brand new task.

Join GoodGym Birmingham for a fun and rewarding day of gardening, community spirit and making St Anthony's home and gardens even more beautiful.

What we'll be doing: - General garden tidy and clean up - Removal of weeds and overgrown areas - Clearing and refreshing pathways - Repainting benches and seating - Rebuilding and repairing planters - General outdoor maintainance - Preparing communal garden areas for the festival

Everyone is welcome and and sandwiches and drinks are provided for all volunteers.

The session is from 10am - 1pm, but if you can only do 1 hour please still come along, as any help is much appreciated, you can come and go as you please :)

Also, if you are a runner, we will also be in attendance at the Sutton Park Parkrun in the morning, so if you'd like to do the Parkrun then come along for the gardening, that would be great.

If you need anymore details please contact Jonny via jonny@goodgym.org

    What to look out for

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym community mission. When we're doing a community mission we make our own way to the task, so you can choose to walk, run, or cycle. Thinking of cycling - check out our FAQs
