With Monday a Bank Holiday, we're going to take this opportunity to enjoy a mid-week, dedicated fitness session...
Whether you're looking to work on balance and flexiblity, or just taking it easy before Sunday's Big Half event, tonight's the night to come and enjoy 60 minutes of sociable fitness.
We'll meet inside Meath Gardens, behind the Meath Gardens Children and Family Centre at 7pm.
We'll start with a warm-up, move on to some strength and conditioning exercises, before finishing with Pilates Matwork, and some thorough stretching.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT (OR SOMETHING TO LIE ON!).
The session will go ahead, regardless of the weather. (Bring some layers; session content will be adapted if it rains).
The session will include different fitness components, accommodating all abilities. All exercises can be modified.
