This is our second session in the silly hilly streets of Sheffield running theme.
Blake street boasts it is one of the hilliest streets in Sheffield. Do you agree? Come and find out!
We will meet at the bottom of Blake street and sprint as fast and as far as we can. We will let our heart recover and start all over again. We will decide how many sprints we each do, I suggest a minimum of 3, I’ll aim for 5.
We will then congratulate ourselves on a job well done at the Blake hotel Pub at the top of the road. The views over Sheffield at night are well worth the effort!
Do wear: head torches, good running shoes, and a big smile on your face - it helps on the uphills!
