This was our first task for Educating Beyond Borders, an organisation which supports students living with food insecurity.

It all started so well - the three of us met under beautiful blue skies, picked up the delicious looking food from School of Wok. We navigated our way round the buzzing streets of London chatting about everything from work to gigs and everything in between.

However, when we arrived at the designated meeting spot, our contact was nowhere to be seen! After some frantic emails, and asking everybody we could see, we hit our phones to try and find an alternative recipient.

Michelle struck gold when she rang St Mungo's, who said they would gratefully take the food off our hands. So after a short walk round the corner we met with the receptionist who confirmed that the service users at this charity which supports rough sleepers would be delighted with their dinner!

Noodles, curry and dumplings having happily found their final destination, we set off for our respective Friday nights. Kudos to Keith, who not only had already done a mission earlier that day, but finished off the evening by heading to the gym!
