It was nice to meet Kieran for the first time we do hope you enjoyed it and had fun we would love to see you again.Three Goodgymers meet at Bournemouth Pier on a lovely sunny Saturday morning to Marshall March for Men which is raising the awareness of Prostate Cancer in Men which is very close to my heart .We where given Marshall post 5 which happened to be the 10k turn round spot ,so we headed to the post once there set up and waited for the first runners to come along so we could practice with the cow bells yes we where given cow bells to ring which is great fun once the runners and walkers started to arrive they soon all came through within 45 minutes which is very good.Thank you once again to Janet and Kieran for giving up there Saturday morning and making it possible and having fun.
