It felt like a therapeutic task in the Therapeutic Garden at St Mary's in Lewisham. It was weeding one of the wild flower beds that looked wonderful in the early summer. It had become overrun by grass, green alkanet and some brambles.

Big inroads were made but only a quarter of the bed was weeded, so I know what I'll be doing next time!
