This week we were back off to ELSH who couldn't wait to have us back after the mammoth yard clearing job we did for them last time.

This time we were inside making a start on clearing and sorting the basement ready for the stored items to back upstairs and be used by ELSH to support and educate 16-25 year olds.

With SUPER STEVE with his professional efficiency and optimization hat on we hatched a plan to begin separating, sorting and stacking various items so that other could be got to and in time sorted and used.

As you can see by the photos we made progress and ticked some serious OCD boxes.

On leaving the task FABULOUS FLO presented us with a lovely card from he church thanking us for all of our efforts as well as some biscuits to take home.

To work off the biscuits we would consume we thought it best to burn some calories so ran back and incorporated some bench work including;

  • Bump N Jumps
  • Toe Taps
  • Suicides

Until next week, happy running!
