I saw Mr C after nearly two weeks and he seemed quite chipper today. We settled down on the comfortable sofas to have our chat, but he had something else up his alley. He steered the conversation toward table tennis. That's when I knew, he wanted us to have a quick game of ping pong. I don't need to be asked twice for a little sport!

After making sure he was okay to manage it, we headed off to his TT table. The next 15 or so minutes were full of laughter and rallies. He may not be able to move much, but he sure can make the ping pong balls swerve!

Such a great visit, and he already wants another round. So do I, Mr C!
