Sarah and I met bright and early on a Monday morning to help Ms A with her TV following her move to a new flat.

Unfortunately, we were not equipped to help her as she needed to ring her TV company to get her reconnected.

We did however have a nice chat and left her enjoying her radio for now, hoping that it won't be long until her TV is back up and running.
