St. Faith's is the original spot for GROAD and thus, when I met Andrea and Katherine fifteen minutes before the start of the session they informed me today would be a busy one.

The last Sunday of the month often involves packing for the rough sleepers as they give out the bags on the last Tuesday of the month at the Strand. The crisis in Ukraine unfortunately continues and thus, there is a constant donation of items that need to be sorted and categorised. Finally, the Open House on Mondays at St Faith's means organising two tables and a clothes rack for the Afghan refugees who come along to obtain any items they want or need.

Andrea left Katherine in charge as they had amazingly seven new volunteers who wanted to assist. Katherine evenly split them according to the tasks that needed the most attention: 4 for Ukraine, 2 for Open House and 1 for Rough Sleepers as most of the bags had been made up...just needed a few to be made.
