This week, 5 enthusiastic Goodgymmers ran/cycled/walked to Thorland Gardens to help out with some gardening at Thorland Gardens. We were cheerfully greeted by Simon who explained what we needed to do and also told us lots about the community market garden initiative. We cleared away buddleia in the forest garden to make space for a "wildlife hedge" which will be planted soon. We also stripped leaves from branches to make a hot compost.

We welcomed Hayley who completed her first ever Goodgym mission! Hayley also took part in the harvest and made up "party bags" of salad leaves for us to take home. Thanks Hayley! 🥳
