It was a delight to help Mr P today who was keen to get his garden cut back before winter and there are some tasks that are just too much for him.

After falling to get the strimmer to work initially, Mr P fetched some screwdrivers and we checked all the plugs and sockets and eventually found a rogue loose wire, which we managed to get attached and the task was back on.

Working in the shade of a large tree covered in ivy, I managed to clear three of his raised beds and Mr P seemed satisfied - hopefully a follow up visit will allow him to forget worrying about the garden until springtime! 🐑
