Today, I used my run to help out Miss M, an older person in the community who is shielding at home.

After getting her list over the phone, I ran to Tesco and collected all but one of the items - I couldn't find any Bournville cocoa powder. I headed over with the goods, contemplating a Bournville hunt during/after my subsequent task, but chanced upon a tub of the right stuff in an independent shop round the corner from Miss M's home. Mission accomplished!

I also passed some fancy building with dogs made out of stone. Not as good as real doggos, but still good for a selfie!
