A few members came online to do Goodgym Yoga.

Yoga, through relaxation techniques, deep breathing (pranayama), and meditation, reduces sympathetic nervous system activity. This shift towards parasympathetic dominance (rest and digest state) lowers heart rate and blood pressure by promoting relaxation and vasodilation.
