This was the second task of the day helping Eve and her team of volunteers at over the wall charity to support the Climb the Capital challenge.
With hundreds of runners completing the stair race across three buildings in the city of London, there were opportunities for bag drop, marshal points and water stations.
Sooz grabbed as much water as she could carry and took up position at the top of the first building - the infamous Cheesegrater - helping keep the athletes hydrated as they arrived at their first checkpoint.
When Sam arrived, it was all hands on deck to carry boxes across to the finish line at the Walkie Talkie, and pack away the remaining banners.
Then they both convened at the bag drop to meet Louise for the final few minutes and obligatory GoodGym photo shoot.
A successful morning helping many brilliant people raising money for various charities make it round this sky high feat!
