Although I have been holding weekly wellbeing calls for Slough CVS for 2 years, this was my first face to face social visit as part of the pilot in Windsor and Maidenhead.

I introduced myself to Mrs S and explained I was part of GG and was there to have a social chat with her.

We chatted about her memories of how the local area had changed in the 70 + years she had lived there. We talked about her favourite TV shows, her first and only trip abroad (to Spain by coach) and her family.

Mrs S said she had enjoyed my visit because weekends were really boring and lonely for her as she has no visitors over the weekend.
