Arrived in time and took some times for Mrs E to answer the door. She was not well and the state of her flat just didn’t help. I managed to fight my way in to the flat and did 2 rounds bin bag runs, also fought through the bin bags to open the window to let him some fresh air and got out in one piece. I sincerely think she needs more than goodgymmers’ help. Photo attached just to show one corner of the flat and there is nowhere she can move around really.
