When I arrived at Mr T's this afternoon, he was keen to show me his new, wider screen, TV that his neighbour had kindly given to him. Mr T had the horse racing on, and knowing by now that Mr T is partial to a bit of a flutter, I was keen to try and get some tips from him on the Grand National, being more of an expert on these matters than I ever would be.

After quite some discussion about horse racing in general, and his past experiences working up close with horses in various yards around the UK, Mr T confessed he hadn't yet studied the form for the National but was sure an Irish horse would win...with that helpful advice in my ear, I headed downstairs for what proved to be a very straightforward shop in his local Lidl.
