On Saturday afternoon two GoodGymers paid a visit to a lady in the community whom has been mostly isolating since returning from a period of time in hospital. We had a good natter and laugh about everything from the cold weather and Christmas to our favourite types of cheese! We also learnt that today was her birthday, and it was lovely to hear about the various gifts and cards she had received as she talked about her friends and family.
