The usual Friday visit to Mr G took me to Chiswick's Sainsbury's to complete his standard shopping list, with a small addition: a roll of tin foil.

It wasn't the first time the supermarket had run out of steamed chicken breast, so I bought both roast and chargrilled options as substitutes. Mr G trusted me and appreciated whatever products I chose for him.

He also showed me the progress he had made clearing his wardrobe of things he no longer needed and hinted he'd benefit from support getting the outfits donated to a charity shop.
