This morning I arrived early to help with the setup of the junior park run and then as a marshall. It is always nice to see that they up their pace as they run past you, shows it is worthwhile voluteering at this event.

Latchmere Rec Junior ParkrunA free, fun, and friendly weekly 2k event for juniors (4 to 14 year olds).
junior parkrun is a great introduction for all the family to be physically active outside together. Our junior events offer an opportunity for the whole community to come together and get involved. We want to encourage people to walk, jog, or run and volunteer together – junior parkrun is for everyone!
