Nothing better after a days work than to get pedalling in the sun along the waterfront on the way to Royal Docks Pharmacy. They are such a nice friendly team and always good to help them out.
Prescription picked up and safely dropped to Mr B, who was very thankful. Stopped for an ice cream on the way back, and crossed paths with the wonderful Becky Jones on her way to CRISIS.
