It was definitely an upper body day at St Mary's Therapeutic Garden this afternoon - 42 repetitions of 2 x 10 litre watering cans carried, on average, about 30 metres. This was a combination of watering some drooping hydrangeas and preparation for others mulching beds with wood chip.
