Rang Mrs D in the morning to find out what she need today. She asked me to pick up her prepaid order from Planet Organic and she wanted to send a book to Royal Opera House. I rang them to find out how can I deliver the book to their staff. Unfortunately nobody answered the phone. After I picked up her order I delivered it to her.
