Last night 9 Good Gym runners traversed 2km across Croydon to help the Croydon Refugee Day Centre sort the donations and tidy up the hall.

We welcomed Saffron for her first run with Croydon and welcomed back Alicia for her first task since 2018. This was the last day of our January Challenge to hit 34 Good Deeds in January and with tonights efforts we were very pleased to have smashed that and achieved 44 Good Deeds in the month! Great running everyone!

After meeting and catching up at Solutions we set of for a gentle 1km run to the task. We were met by Simon who explained what we need to do, both sorting the new donations and seperating the summer and winter clothes. After 30 minutes of hard work we took a welcome break with a KitKat before tidying all the rails away. Check out our goodgymcroydon instagram reel to see the magic of our hard work!

We finished with a 1km run back to solutions and a cool down. The fun wasn't over then though as we headed to BoxPark for our end of the month social.
