"You guys are fantastic" the pharmacist told me as I left with an emergency supply of medicine for Mr S - his GP hadn't phoned through a new order, but fortunately the pharmacy were able to issue the urgent medication.

Not quite sure who was the happiest out of the the various participants in today's mission - the pharmacist for being able to help Mr S, me for receiving such positive feedback for GoodGym, or Mr S who was extremely grateful (and apologetic for his GP's failings...) for the delivery.

As they say in the business world - it was definitely a "win win" all round.
