In a few of our second good deed of the day, we joined Love Our Streets for a litter pick around Nether Edge and Abbeydale Road in the lovely sunshine. They are hoping to make it a monthly event, so hopefully we'll join them again some time

Love our Streets
We are a community group based in Nether Edge & Sharrow, Sheffield. We are dedicated to making Sheffield and the Peak District a cleaner place to be.
Our main focus at the moment is our Adopt a Street scheme. The idea behind Adopt a Street is the cleaner our streets stay, the less litter gets dropped. Litter breeds litter. It only takes a little while to to pick up any litter on your patch, and the last months have shown that this really helps to stop litter being dropped.
