A trip out to Mortlake this Monday evening to help with some cutting and laminating for recipe cards at AFC Powerstation. Spring has just sprung and with that comes with warm welcome of more comfortable temperatures, longer daylight hours and shorts for running!

This evening we welcomed Tatielly for the first time at what turned out to be a perfect first time task: lots of chance to chat and do DBS checks for social visits alongside doing good for the amazing work they do at Achieving for Children.

In addition, it may not be one of the t-shirt milestones but its certainly a big one as Jp hit 750 tasks! What a massive contribution to Richmond-upon-Thames ❤️

This task supported

PowerStation Youth Centre run by Achieving for Children (AFC) which offers a wide range of activities for young people aged 8 to 19 to engage in and enjoy. Achieving for Children provides specialist social care services for children and young people in need of support and protection. These include statutory assessment and care planning for children at risk of significant harm, quality provision for looked-after children and those leaving care, as well as fostering and adoption services.
