Myself and Bianca met at the address, having run from Harringay and Highbury respectively. We then went inside to meet Ms E and her granddaughter. Ms E wanted a heavy bookcase moved from away from the backdoor to a space at the back of the room.

We came inside, chatted for a bit, and met Ms E's fluffy cat!

We then moved the bookcase across the room (avoiding the cat!) in order to allow Ms E better access to her garden, as the bookcase was partly blocking the door.

Mission was quick and easy, but we had a sense that Ms E was very grateful that we had come.
