What a lot goes on behind the scenes at parkrun! I got a taste of it today as part of the pack down team. There were cones, signs, and more cones to be collected, kit to be sorted and, of course, the wrangling of the start sign. 💪
Great to meet the Girls That Jog group, who were keen to hear more about GoodGym 🙌
