Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
Report written by StephDucat
Steph returned to Ms Y who is a regular for Goodgym Ealing. This week she was feeling much better and could see and hear she was. On arrival, Ms Y said she had some new pans to unpack and a set of new knives. Steph opened the boxes and before putting them away went through the kitchen cupboards with Ms Y as she wanted to to through some of the old pans. He took the opportunity to tidy up some of the cupboards and also sort expired food...way out of their expiry date by years for some. Explained to Ms Y the different type of knives and chopping board colors as she did not know why the colors or shapes of knifes. Boards and knives for vegetables, meat, bread, fish etc.. The new pans looked great!!!Kitchen sorted!! Then Steph had to sort out space in the main bedroom as Ms Y could not open the cupboards. Steph noticed that loads of space in the cupboards once they were tidied up a little. Moved things around and did decluttering with Ms Y : loads of items packed away and has loads of space to put more clothes etc. Cupboards were rubbish free and she could now open them as loads of space in front. 90 minutes and 3 black bags of rubbish plus empty boxes were removed from the flat to the bin/refuse area.
