One of Nat's regulars, but as Nat is gearing up to go back to school, she is slowly introducing me to her contacts. Ms. D was 'right up my street' - chatty and not PC at all.

She needed my assistance as someone (not naming names) brought her the wrong Lurpak butter. She was pleased when I got her all the items she needed, but that was not all. She needed my help to sort out the vacuum cleaner and wanted to chat for half an hour about all aspects of her interesting life. I look forward to being her regular.
