Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
A foggy night for 12 Goodgym runners in Bath tonight with a great 7k run to the Two Tunnels to track down that trash.
A very warm welcome to 5 new faces tonight at Goodgym Bath. Fantastic for week 2 and lets face it the foggy weather is enough to put the most hardened runner off venturing outside.
Meeting at Bath leisure centre for introductions and briefing we headed out on the relatively flat 3.5k to Brickfields playing fields in Oldfield park. Steph took advantage at various points with a chance to regroup with some lunges, press ups and running drills, We certainly had some strange looks tonight.
We arrived at the task in fine form with Puns coming from all directions and I have to say we had an advantage tonight with Sam from the Bath chronicle who was closely followed by Sarah who was in fine form with tonight's photography, It`s a long story but Steph's Daughter changed her phones pin code so was completely disabled.

A challenging 15 minutes was spent collecting as much trash as we could in teams of 3 and we even found a pair of ladies briefs on a post but only our lovely Lucy was brave enough to bag them up, I have to say she was amazing with this being her first time running ... absolutely amazing!!
Sam's team took the title and the group swiftly made their way back to Green park station for some tricep dips and varied paced drills before arriving back at the leisure centre for a much deserved cool down and stretch out. Kenta's team missed out on these as they dived home on the way back.
Alexandra and Emily are on the ball in Oldfield park
So many Puns to choose from tonight Marcus , Sarah and Sam in contention but
I`m playing it safe Sam
Lets keep it brief to knicker picking in the park
Thank you to everyone for a fantastic run this evening and a reminder to sign up for next weeks run and sign up to visit a lonely older person, you can speak to Steph about how to get a new running coach.
Thanks you again everyone you are all truly amazing people see you next week
