All I had to do was pick up the prescription for Mr E from the regally named and appointed, Royal Docks Pharmacy in Cyprus (if only it was the country and not a slightly less exotic area of Newham) and deliver it to his house a mile or so away.

Having called on a number of GoodGym runners recently for medicine deliveries they were clearly expecting me and as soon as they spied my top they had the prescription packaged up for me making it a rapid turnaround.

I was quickly at Mr E's house, who was conveniently just outside for a quick handover and off I jogged home.
