Another North Bristol meander this morning to pick up a prescription for Ms C, including a 5k loop around Southmead Hospital.

A pleasant morning run, a pharmacist who wanted to join GoodGym and a very grateful Ms C all made for a great start to the day - so much so that I forgot to take a photo so here’s a picture of Alb helping me work 😊
