I got Ms. J's contact from people I knew from a Salvation Army task. They told me that Ms. J needed assistance with moral support, which included simple things like de-cluttering and gardening.

I arrived at Ms. J's home and saw that both inside and outside needed to be done, but since it was a lovely evening I asked to be outside and help cut the grass with her strimmer and trim the hedges. She had all the tools and more, but she does not have the power or strength to take these tasks on.
