We were booked in to the allotment so, Guess what ...... It rained!!

We set off in the direction of Derry's allotment and along the way we delivered some leaflets for Kellys Charity Events! Like busy elves we set off around the streets of Woking.

Unfortunately we ran to the allotment to find out that the message about canceling us due to the rain earlier on in the day did not reach us. So instead we headed to Woking park to enjoy the sunshine and complete a bootcamp session. Nick put on a tough but enjoyable session. Clocking just over 6km we were done and what a beautiful evening it was! A big well done to everyone for putting in the effort and hard work... I'm sure your body will be thankful in the morning.

A big effort to BARBARA and GEORGE we have recently moved house but still ran the 7.5km to join us for GoodGym tonight. It will be good training for the Edinburgh Marathon which they have signed up to.

A new little segment as there were no shortcuts this week....

Barbara's Weather Forecast

Sunshine for two weeks with no rain! We know who to blame when it rains next week.

We hope everyone enjoys the sunny bank holiday weekend and we look forward to hearing all about what you get up to next week.

Next Week

We will be heading to Brockhill to help spruce up their outdoor area. Remember you are welcome to invite some of your friends along so they can give it a go. Remember we don't leave anyone behind so it doesn't matter on their ability as long as they can run for 15mins without stopping it doesnt matter what the pace.
