Always a pleasure to catch up with Mr G. A bumper shopping list from him this week as he'd run out of several items.

Brussels sprouts were back in stock in the supermarket - Christmas on its way already? But there was no cod, so I decided to try out hake on Mr G for the first time. Also no Chicken Korma, for which Butter Chicken seemed a safer alternative than Madras.

Both substitutions gratefully received by Mr G: "I always trust all of you (GoodGymers) to put thought into getting the best things you can for me. You make sure I don't starve!"

Volunteering at Southall parkrun
🗓Tomorrow 8:30am

This is a brilliant weekly 5k event run entirely by volunteers. Parkrun only happens when enough people step forward to help, so let’s show them the GoodGym spirit!
